Ten Things You’d Fix in Your Home (if you had the time and money)
01. Have a new roof put on.02. Convert the heat to electric and not propane
03. Get a new cook stove.
04. Put new glass in the fireplace.
05. Expand the deck.
06. Put a bubble fountain in with a small pond for fish.
07. Put gravel in the driveway.
08. Add shelves to the garage.
09. Tear out a few walls in the dining room to make it bigger.
10. Remodel both bathrooms.
