2008 In Review

"2008 In Review" is a meme I have seen floating around the blogosphere. After reading Bud's answers, I decided to play along too.

What exactly were you doing a minute before the ball dropped in 2008? Multitasking - playing World of Warcraft, watching The Ball drop, listening to music and playing with the dogs.

What was your status on Valentines Day? Boyfriend and I living together - Engaged

Were you in school anytime this year? No

Did you have to go to the hospital? Not me but I did take The Man, my son and brother to the hospital many times.

Did you have any encounters with the police? No

Where did you go on vacation? Wisconsin

Did you know anybody who got married? Yes, my daughter (Vickie) in May

Did you know anybody who passed away? The Man's grandmother in August

Did you move anywhere? No, but I will be moving soon!

What sporting events did you attend? None

What concerts/shows did you go to? None

Describe your birthday: Slept in late, went to dinner at Cracker Barrel.

What is the one thing you thought you would not do, but did, in 2008? Allowed certain people to stay in my life after lying and cheating.

What has been your favorite moments? My grandson being born

Any new additions to your family? My grandson in February

What was your best month? August

Made new friends? Yes, a few.

How many people did you date? One

Favorite Night out? Any night I did not have to cook dinner at home.

Other than home, where did you spend most of your time? Work

Have you lost any friends this year? Not that I know of

Change your hairstyle? Not really

Have any car accidents? No

How old did you turn this year? 38

Do anything embarrassing? Locked my keys in my office, including my car keys, house keys and all my work related keys

Buy anything new from eBay? No

Get married or divorced? No

Get arrested? No

Been snowboarding? No

Did you get sick this year? Yes, I have had medical issues all year long...been in a lot of pain.

Are you happy to see 2008 go? Yes, and I expect 2009 to be much better.

Been naughty or nice? Both, depending on the situation *wink*

What are you looking forward to most in 2009? Moving to Wisconsin and starting my new job!
