Today's Blogging A to Z Challenge, with my theme of "A Few of My Favorite Things", is all about the letter "N".
I don't know about you but the older I get the more I love naps! Nap time for me means snugging up under a warm blanket in my nice comfy bed...just wasting the afternoon away. Naps help me to forget the world, even if only for a few hours.
My dog, Shelby also likes to take naps in my bed.
and even in her own bed.
Do you like to take naps?
Love your dogs! Mine nap particularly well. Visiting from the A-Z. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteAwww, cute dogs. Naps are wonderful. Although, sometimes I find myself falling into one when I don't mean to or need to. ^^;;

Love me some Boxers!
ReplyDeleteNaps? The only time I get one is when I am sick...usually too busy...but on vacation I love to nap in the warm sand on teh beach.
Happy A-Z April!
Stopping by from the #atozchallenge !

Caught your "N" on the facebook post.
Sleep is good, though not always productive.
I have resisted napping all my life, I think it might be or at least causing an issue... I have had some forced naps, and always end up having the weirdest dreams... napping is definitely on my must improve list :D
ReplyDeleteI love naps but unable to. Totally refreshes a person.
ReplyDeleteI love naps, but unfortunately 4 of my 5 small people are not big fans of napping. The only one who wants to nap now is my (almost) teenager.

Oh, yes, I like naps. I feel blessed that I am in a place in my life where naps can happen regularly.

I love naps too. I usually sneak one in on Sunday afternoons.
ReplyDeleteNaps. Yes! I have one most days. I don't do very well without one.

I have been trying to implement nap time at work but I haven't been successful yet. Nap time is my favorite time.
ReplyDeleteMy Granny lived to 100 and you know what she did every day after lunch (and Wheel of Fortune?) 'rested her eyes'. I think Siesta is a very civilized way to live!
ReplyDeleteNaps are awesome! And I learned that from my beagles - they had an amazing ability to look incredibly comfortable wherever they were! Now I am beagle-less :( but my ShihTzu is not a bad napper either. (He just snores a little louder than I am used to!)
