1. My biggest barrier to weight loss is... I eat when I am stressed, sad, depressed, mad, etc.
2. What is your relationship with food like? I like food way to much.
3. What was the last time you had fun that made you smile for a few days? Chatting with a friend a few days ago.
4. What are triggers in your life that lead to eating? Dealing with stress, feeling like I am hungry even though I just ate.....the list goes on and on.
5. What inspires you to be healthier? I don't want to die.
6. Name two foods that you think are “bad”: Chocolate and ice cream.
7. Are your expectations for yourself too high? Very much so
8. Would you like more fun in your life? Yes.
9. What is your one comfort food? Chocolate
10. How would you give someone encouragement? Stand beside them through whatever they are going through...if they want to talk, I listen.
11. Do you get enough sleep? I do not.
12. What activities make you feel more relaxed? Playing video games, eating, reading, and sleeping.
13. Where do you need to practice forgiveness in your life? In my relationship with my daughter.
14. What is one thing you have not done because of how you looked? I don't wear a bathing suit or shorts....ever.
15. What would you like more of in your life? For my family to live closer to me.
