Five Year Plan: In Memory of Colt

The doctor gave Colt a five year plan. 

Instead of celebrating Colt’s five years of beating cancer 

we mourn him on his fifth death anniversary.

My heart hurts and my soul feels empty at times. 

Words can’t express how much I miss Colt.
