Sunday Stealing: Crafty

Welcome to this week's Sunday Stealing, which was stolen from Swap Bot!

1. What (if anything) are you doing to celebrate St Patrick's Day?

I plan to have a tradition meal of corned beef and cabbage, and I am planning to attempt to make Irish Soda Bread.  

2. What is your least favorite color (to wear, to craft with or to decorate with)?

My least favorite color to wear is yellow, as I don't think I look good in that color. I try not to decorating with pastels. I like bright, strong colors. As far as crafting, I don't like to do many things in pastels, unless I am working on something seasonal (like for spring or Easter).

3. At a yellow light - do you speed up or slow down??

I maintain the speed I am going and keep on trucking.  If I am at a dead stop, I hit the gas.  

4. How many pairs of scissors are in your craft room?

At least six that I can count at this time. I am sure there are more.  

5. What are the first three items you have 'saved for later' on Amazon?

Dog treats, bird food and Zzzquil!  LOL  

6. Did you plant any springs bulbs in your garden and if so, have any of them come up yet?

I use to but not any more. Now I am into using artificial plants, artificial flowers and artificial trees to decorate my house inside and out.  Easy to maintain and easy to switch out each season.  

7. What book, if any, are you reading right now?

The Rule of Threes by Jeffery Deaver.

8. Do you prefer ball point pens, gel pens, or thin tip markers to write with?

I prefer to use gel pens.

9. What is your favorite crafting item - the craft item thing you use the most or can't live without? (Exclude basic items like scissors and glue).

Plastic canvas is my favorite crafting item. I have made a lot of cute stuff using plastic canvas.

10. What are the first 3 items on your grocery list and what is your favorite grocery store?

Diet Pepsi, cottage cheese and toilet paper are the first three items on my list.  My favorite grocery store is Hansen's in Bangor, Wisconsin, but since I no longer live in Bangor, I don't go there much. Now I shop mostly at Wal Mart.

11. What unfinished craft projects are you working on (or not:) at the moment?

I have a few Christmas and winter related plastic canvas projects that I recently stopped working on.  I will probably start them again in the Fall.

12. What was the last item you pinned on Pinterest? Or hearted on Instagram

The last item I pinned on Pinterest was a recipe for Irish Soda Bread. The last item I hearted on Instagram was a work related post.

13. What is the biggest tourist attraction where you live?

The La Cross River State Trail. 

14. What color is your favorite sweater?

My favorite sweater is pink.

15. How does your family react when you get a big pile of mail??

Well since it is usually packages from Amazon, we get very happy and excited.
